WATCH THE FREE TRAININGCrawling is NOT just a way to get around.
Despite what the CDC says, developmental milestones are important for your baby's future success. Crawling helps build skills needed well into the school years including:
- Strength. The shoulders, arms, hands, core and hips all play a role in future skills like cutting, buttoning, writing, swinging and so much more.
- Sensory Skills. The proprioception sense is responsible for body awareness, maintaining personal space, kicking a ball hard enough in soccer and more. Crawling provides valuable input for the development of this sense and stimulate receptors in the body's joints.
- Bilateral Coordination. By using the left and the right sides in coordination while crawling develops your baby's ability to use both sides when opening a water bottle, climbing a ladder, buttoning a shirt and more.Â
AKA crawling is too important for your baby's future success to skip over it or hope it happens on its own.
You have the power to make a tremendous impact on your baby's development. Let me show you how simple it cam be to get them back on track.

Through the Tot Spot, I've had the incredible opportunity to work with hundreds of parents in helping their adorable little munchkins achieve their rolling, sitting, crawling and walking milestones. Many of these babies came into the membership with a history of:
Not being motivated to move despite toy/snack encouragementÂ
Movements that lack fluidity and seem to appear “difficult”
Inability to roll or only roll to one side
Preferring to always be in a vertical or straight position
Torticollis, oral ties, reflux, colic
Low tone
