Terms of Service for Milestone Mastery
Definitions
Milestone Mastery: Refers to the virtual educational course designed to help participants understand and achieve various developmental milestones. This includes all course materials such as videos, worksheets, and other digital content provided under the course's branding.
Milestone Mastery Assessment Tool: A digital download that serves as a supplementary tool for participants to assess their progress in achieving developmental milestones. This tool is intended to be used in conjunction with the Milestone Mastery course materials.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing and enrolling in the Milestone Mastery course or using the Milestone Mastery Assessment Tool, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing these products.

3. Payment and Refund Policy
All fees for the Milestone Mastery course and the Milestone Mastery Assessment Tool are due in full at the time of enrollment or purchase. Given the digital nature of these products and the immediacy of access to content, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for any payments made.
4. Access and Use
Upon purchase, you will receive access to the Milestone Mastery course materials and any additional products purchased, such as the Milestone Mastery Assessment Tool. This license is non-transferable and is granted solely to the purchaser. You agree not to share, sell, or distribute any course materials or associated products without explicit permission from the course administrators.
