My baby is 6 months and pulling up to standing. Using diaper boxes, me, couch, anything he can grab. If he is reaching this milestone early, are his hips and knees strong enough to support the weight?
Thank you for joining our community! If your baby is independently moving and pulling to stand, that it absolutely fine- if he is using his own body weight to pull himself up and stand, it means that his joints and muscles are able to tolerate those positions.
Agree with @tots-allison. That doesn’t mean they are going to skip their other milestones, especially if they have to work to get there! And they will continue to refine the skill!
